Anyway I think live is best for the live performance aspect, although I've been checking out reaktor 5. They would make alot of money off people like myself. Maybe fl should make a vst for other daws and just charge for it. I have tried numerous different daws and programs and I find the piano roll is just not the same anywhere else. Thats exactly what i wanted to do, and you are correct. Back to live, double click a cell to create a blank pattern and paste the midi data you copied from the slicer. In FL slice your loop, copy the piano roll midi. Second - using rewire you can open a midi track in Live, assign the 'Out' to fruity, then the secondary out to the slicer channel.
